Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care, assesses and monitors patients’ health, administers medications, and collaborates with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. The RN ensures that the patient’s needs are met in compliance with the standards of care, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program.
Licensure: Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required). Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), or other specialty certifications (as required by the department).

Ability to work in fast-paced and critical thinking skills Excellent communication high-stress environments Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) and healthcare technology Strong clinical skills in patient care and assessment teamwork
